EMILY + JAMIE DRYBURGH

2025 Billboard Pride Executives of the Year Emily and Jamie Dryburgh are queer twin sisters, seasoned music executives, and leading advocates for diversity and culture in Nashville and beyond. Recognized by Nashville Lifestyles as “Top Women in Business” (2024), “People of Nashville” (2023), and “Best of Nashville” (2022), they bring more than 14 years of experience in music, promotions, marketing, and entertainment.

As trailblazers in the LGBTQ+ and entertainment communities, the sisters have led major partnerships and activations, including annual LGBTQ+ stages at Nashville Pride and CMA Fest. In 2021, alongside CMA and CMT, they made history with “Country Proud,” the first official LGBTQ+ stage at a U.S. country music festival. They later expanded that impact with a groundbreaking LGBTQ+ country showcase at the Country Music Hall of Fame, and have collaborated with over 100 organizations, partners and venues to push forward their vision.

Their work and community impact have been featured by Billboard, Rolling Stone, NPR, Condé Nast, Good Morning America, Nashville Scene, Nashville Lifestyles, and more.
